Returns ~ Return Policy
No returns are accepted after 30 days for any
reason.
Pride Products
All purchases (except body
jewelry and DVDs, see below) are
backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. All returns must be made
within 30 days and must arrive in NEW condition, no returns will be accepted for
any reason after 30 days. Please contact us via the form
below, to let us know about the return. We will replace items or
credit you for the full amount of the items purchase price within 15 days of the
return, Original shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed nor will your shipping
charges incurred to return the item(s) to us. If an item needs to be returned
due to a mistake by our shipping department or due to a product defect, your
replacement item(s) will be sent to you without a shipping charge.
Unauthorized returns are subject
to a $10.00 restocking fee. Make sure you package your return merchandise so it
arrives in NEW condition. We will not assume responsibility for items that
arrive damaged due to poor packaging on your end. We also
recommend insuring the return package.
Body Jewelry Is Non Returnable
DVD Returns:
All movies are American format. Sorry, we do not carry PAL format movies.
If the seal has been opened on a DVD, it is no longer accepted
for return. If we send you the wrong title, DO NOT
OPEN it. If the seal is still intact, contact us through the form below.
If your item proves to be defective within thirty (30) days of you receiving it,
you will need to contact us, via
the form below. We will gladly replace it with another copy of the same item
only. (We will not issue a refund
or replace it with a different title.
